The San Francisco office of BDO Seidman, LLP serves a diverse range of clients in industries such as High Technology, Software, Manufacturing, Financial/Real Estate, Hospitality, Distribution, Retail and Broker/Dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process monthly billing and on-demand bills
* Run paper billing aids as necessary and distribute to respective Billing Timekeepers
* Provide detailed support to internal billing timekeepers, approver and partners as necessary
* Edit billing worksheets in the system and print previews for edits as necessary.
* Proof and ensure accuracy of bills
* Responsible for accurate delivery of bills to customers
* Monitor Exceptions report and follow up on Lockbox questions
* Assist Partners/Managers with reserve adjustments.
* Answer billing questions and assist other staff with billing issues
* Other assignments as required
Qualifications:
* MS Excel & MS Word essential
* PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred.
* Excellent oral & written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently
* Attention to detail.
* Multi-tasking capability.
* Self-starter with excellent time management skills
* Must be highly flexible, and a team-player.
* Associates degree in Accounting or related field is preferred or equivalent work experience.
* PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred
