RVP Administrative Assistant![]() Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience. Â High School education is required. College Education experience a plus. Â Candidate should possess strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Candidate must pass a pre-employment hair drug screen sample and background check. Â The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The Assistant must be capable of taking a task with minimal instructions and exceeding expectations, with strong follow up skills and a detail orientation. Â The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable to a fast paced environment and changing priorities. This key position provides support to the Region Sales Vice President and various other cross-functional teams and employees. The candidate should possess strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Â Possess a high degree of initiative, sound judgment and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion. Â The ideal candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. Â Candidate should display a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment, and support the desire for challenge and strong work ethic.
