ZONE SALES LEADER DESIGNATE - Detroit South![]() Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree 10+ years solid sales experience 8+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods or Food & Beverage Industry Sales Experience 5+ years management experience, preferably with large groups or teams. Must be open to relocation (meaning geographically flexible within Continental U.S. with future assignments after approximately one year) Strong Leadership Experience Preferred Background Demonstrated ability to focus & manage multiple priorities and motivate a large team. Industry or related industry knowledge (preferably CPG background) Communication skills to present, negotiate with and sell to corporate representatives, customers, and subordinates.
