Job Details
This position is responsible for teardown, movement, and reconciliation of vehicles dropped at a service center by customers seeking Progressives concierge level of claims service. The Porter also maintains primary responsibility for overall site cleanliness.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
- Possesses a valid drivers license with an excellent driving history. A MVR must be run through the Fleet department to confirm the candidates driving record. The following citations disqualify a person from hire: drag racing, driving with a suspended drivers license, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, felony involving a motor vehicle, fleeing or attempting to elude police, homicide or assault with a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, and other serious violations such as endangering the lives of others, etc.
-Meets the qualifications in Progressives Fleet policy both at the time of hire and throughout the span of employment.
- Minimum of five years of valid driving experience.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
