Head of Real Estate Private Placement

Head of Real Estate Private Placement for North America Our client is a pre-eminent advisor for wholesale real estate capital raising with a dominant position in certain geographies. Our client advises fund managers on the establishment and structuring of wholesale unlisted real estate funds, and provides fund managers with a global private equity placement capability to access global institutional investors and asset consultants. 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the North American placement and advisory services and to participate as a member of the global senior executive team.

This individual will work closely with the Head of Property Industry Group North America, and with the global Property team and will be responsible for :

- Constructing a full service Real Estate Private Placement platform, leveraging existing North American real estate fund manager and investor relationships; Increasing the breadth and depth of the North American investor client base; Managing capital raisings for domestic and offshore wholesale fund transactions;

-Overseeing the execution of North American wholesale fund transactions.Required: Existing relationships with North American institutional investors and/or North American real estate fund managers
