Job Description Purpose
As an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, youll build and maintain a diverse and talented team in a Target store, finding opportunities to improve and develop solid relations among team members. As a result, youll keep Target the preferred workplace in the industry.

* Implementing human resources programs in your store
* Identifying human resources challenges and finding ways to overcome them
* Creating a team that respects and values diversity and keeping store staffed at appropriate levels for season workload
* Initiating recognition and rewards programs for your team
* Supervising team responsible for stores scheduling, payroll and expense tracking
* Ensuring store is in compliance with state and Target employment regulations
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
* 4-year college degree
* Two or more years of human resources or management experience
* Ability to operate store computer and electronic systems
* Proven conflict management skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
* Flexible work hours including some nights and weekends
* Ability to work with confidential information
