Job Description & Qualifications Summary:
Provide technical management for the analysis, design, integration, testing, and maintenance of multiple concurrent projects of various size and complexity.
Essential Functions:
*Provide project and people planning and management for multiple projects
*Identify business needs, technical solutions, and resource requirements
*Participate in project proposals
*Participate in package software selection and vendor negotiations
*Manage projects to aggressive time and dollar constraints
*Work closely and effectively with internal business partners, external consultants, and other IT managers and staff to ensure productive and adaptable working relationships
*Facilitate management initiatives, process improvement, career and staff development and strategic planning within IT to support aggressive business growth
Secondary Functions:
*Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Typically at least 8 years progressively responsible experience in Information Technology, including a minimum of 4 years complex project management and people supervision/ management, PMI certified or equivalent experience preferred
*Experience in developing and managing a program office for a multi-year multi-channel initiative
*Experience with web development, preferably eCommerce in a multi-channel environment
*Strong knowledge of and experience with all phases of systems development life cycle for large systems, including strategy development
*Strong team building, staff development, change management, and leadership skills
*Demonstrated success in working effectively with internal business partners, vendors, and consultant resources
*Strong interpersonal and communications skills
*Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
*Ability to use computer for extended period of time
