Duties Specific to Position (TS/SCI required)
1. Under general supervision, design, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze software programs for computer based systems.
2. Develop and direct software system testing procedures, programming and documentation.
3. Coordinate installation of software system.
4. Provide inputs for documentation of new or existing programs
5. Primarily interface with intra-organizational staff, with frequent interaction with outside customers and their representatives.
6. Perform other duties as assigned or required.

BS/BA in Computer Science with 2-4 years experience and a good comfort level/desire to develop C#, Microsoft.NET Framework software applications. TS/SCI required
Knowledge of object oriented C++ or C# programming in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Databases, distributed software systems across secure networks, WinCE and BSP embedded software development experience desirable. Knowledge of VPN, Firewalls, Routers, and Networking desirable. Good written and oral communications needed.
