• Signup for TeleportJobs as an employer. Registration is free.
• Make sure that you are logged in to your employers account.
• Post at least one job (it's free.) Please make sure it is a legitimate job requirement and that you adhere to our job posting guidelines.
• Go to our search page by clicking on the resume search link at the top of the page.
• Scroll down to the section that says "search through resumes."
• Enter a keyword or select a job category.
• Click on the "find candidate" button.

That's all you need to do to search through the resumes listed on TeleportJobs.

After you have posted a job you can invite job seekers to apply by searching through the resumes again and inviting a candidate to apply in one click from their resume. Your invitation will land in the job seekers inbox giving them the opportunity to apply.
